“Castle” Roof Glitch!

Posted in Glitches with tags , , , , on April 2, 2010 by wawtricks

To celebrate easter I thought I would elaborate some more on a glitch that I think is pretty awesome actually; the infamous “Castle Roof Glitch”. The short version of the story is that you bayonet-jump on top of the roof of the building that everyone seems to be in when playing Team Deathmatch, and from there move to this other roof where you have a view of pretty much the entire map. There are plenty of possibilities with this glitch. The only downside of this glitch is that you need somebody on the opposite team to stand in front of you where you bayonet-jump. I’ve attached a video which should explain everything pretty good, just look at the bottom of this post.

Me and my friend where experimenting on this glitch not so long ago and we were astonished that the glitch still works! We just couldn’t stop doing this glitch just because it is so damn amazing.

Now it’s enough dry text, watch this video for a demonstration on how the glitch works:

“Airfield” Glitches!

This is my own version of the glitches that can be done by just one player on Airfield. I’ve created and uploaded the video myself, I consider it’s good commercial for WaWTricks. Enjoy!

Here are a couple of glitches to the map “Revolution”. Both of them still work as of March 30th.

“Knee Deep” Glitch

This is a glitch that could prove useful. The video is pretty good even though the music is some of the worst I’ve ever heard. čśŤ But lets not get into that, just follow the video and you should be doing this glitch in no time.

How to Get on the Roof in “Airfield”

I made a post called Airfield Roof Glitch some time ago, and now I thought it would be nice to elaborate some more on how the glitch actually works. The thing is that the video isn’t narrated and I should explain to you readers that are having problems on how to do this glitch.

  1. The first thing you do is that you get on the location where the player in the video is before he jumps on to the wall.
  2. The jump can be a little tricky at first, but once you make it you shouldn’t have any trouble doing it again. You have to aim slightly to the left of where the wall is the lowest. Then run and jump towards the wall.
  3. While in the air tap the jump button, when you hit the wall you should bounce right up on the top of the wall.
  4. Once on top of the wall, go towards the second wall.
  5. Approach the end of the first wall running and jump over to the other wall.
  6. This next jump can be very tricky to do because it’s almost too far away to reach. You need to run and jump on the very edge of the wall and jump as long as possible to reach the lamp.
  7. When you are on the lamp simply get on the wall and enjoy your time on the roof of the one building in “Airfield”.

Two Glitches on “Sub Pens”

Posted in Glitches with tags , , , , , , , , on March 25, 2010 by wawtricks

The map packs are basically glitch-free compared to the old maps, at least to my knowledge. Just about anything there is to jump on is blocked by some invisible wall, which is annoying as hell! Still there are some pretty cool glitches, check out this video with a couple of glitches on Sub Pens.

The Status of WaWTricks

Posted in News with tags , , , , , , , on March 24, 2010 by wawtricks

So I thought I’d create a little blog post on how things are for WaWTricks. Currently I’m all alone in creating posts and material for this website, which is a pain in the ass I must say. It would have been much more fun if there were at least two of us creating content and blog posts. I might ask my friend (who also have World at War on his PS3) if he wants to join me on this website.
As for my plans for the future, I’ll be writing, writing, and writing to get some content on the website. Currently there aren’t many readers on this blog, actually I don’t think there is any. I hope to get a community started here, with regular users ┬ávisiting and commenting my blog posts.
I’d also love some constructive criticism on how the content are and how the website works out for your World at War glitch needs.
I think that’s it. I’ll go to bed soon so you guys need to wait until tomorrow for some more glitch material on this website. If you have any questions feel free to contact me via email at:
I also encourage the PS3 users out there to send me a message on my PSN ID: DrFearless.

Thank you for your time.
